Your clear glass stein is pressed glass, as indicated by the shape of the handle, and by the impressed (or relief) mark in the base. You should also note a seam line running along the centerline of the handle, both inside and outside, as well as vertically along the body directly behind the handle. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this maker's mark.
I believe the stein dates to circa 1900, based in part upon the lid and the pewter.
