The vast majority of glass steins do not bear a manufacturer's mark, especially blown pieces. Pressed glass pieces by Saxony Glass are an exception, and some of the very best blown glass can be identified by the combination of style, technique and quality. And some of the earliest glass is identified by the individual engraver. But all in all, don't expect glass steins to be identified.
Yours falls into a different category - marked, but STILL unidentified. Perhaps someone will see this mark and recognize it.
