The best thing you can do is buy The Beer Stein Book - A 400 Year History by Gary Kirsner and really study it. The books are not easy to come by. There have been some on eBay. Some antique stores also carry them. Then join The Beer Stein Libary on the net. It has been a lot of help to me. Once you get started, you can't quit buying.
