Your stein is a porcelain regimental and it sounds like it has all the standard characteristics of a regimental stein. To learn about these steins I suggest you click on "Library" in the navigation bar at our home page, then click the first article ("Collecting Beer Steins") and then on the chapter about regimental steins. Then go back to the Library, and scroll down to the article titled "Regimental Steins - Old or New".
Regimental stein require some special expertise to fully identify and value. You can get some ideas of value from ebay, but a better prospect would be to place digital photos on the internet, and then make them available to visitors to this forum to comment on.
