While the pitcher may be Gerz (you don't provide pictures of the bottom marks), I believe the lidless steins are Marzi & Remy since I have three of the series. I don't know about the pitcher, but the lidless steins, by my best guess, were made in the 1920s or so and were probably just added to the pitcher.
