Hi, Aimee.
My fingers are getting tired and Regimental steins are not my forte. That said, the first thing you have to do is go the the SCI Home Page and click on Library. Scroll down to Regimentals-Old or New? and determnine if your stein has any of the obvious "reproduction" signs like the bump inside the handle, etc. The article badly needs updating, but you will get the picture.
If it passes the basic tests, you would have to post pictures. True Regimentals are highly specialized and identification without clear pictures is pretty much impossible.
