Can one be thrown out of CSI for asking too many questions? If not, I have another glass stein with a closed hinge and three rings, but inside the lid it says made in West Germany. Both the strap and shank appear to be either a different metal or at least a different age than the lid. Have you ever seen a post ww2 stein with a closed hinge, or have I lucked out and have an older stein than I originally thought? It's pressed glass, by the way. Danke sehr!
