Hello, I am thinking seriously about opening a gift shop that specializes in products from Germany - steins,wine and beer glasses, pewter items etc. I'm starting to receive wholesale information regarding product and prices. The steins seem to be mostly Gerz,Thewalt,Zoeller & Born, and King-Werk. Can i advertize with confidence that steins from these producers are "Made in Germany"? I also see steins that show no manufacturer specified that denote "handcrafted in Germany". Could this mean "made in China" and painted in Germany? I don't want to be accused of false advertising. I am new to the world of steins, and fascinated by the product. I just joined SCI last week. It would be kind of embarassing to be a member of SCI and to sell Chinese or Brazilian steins advertised as "Made In Germany". Thanks in advance for any assistance,
