The words on the stein are actually "Hoch lebe das edle Handwerk der Schmied", meaning "Long live the fine handwork of the Smith", and "Eher soll die Welt verderben, als ver Durst ein Schmied sterben", which means "The world should come to an end before a smith should die of thirst." The scenes on your steins presumably show the tools or a scene of a blacksmith.

The smith is one of the more common occupations to find, but other features of your stein may make it a standout. These steins varied widely in design and attractiveness, so it is impossible to give an estimate of value with seeing a photo.
