Yes it's me again. It seems the company may have changed its focus from stoneware to fine china and may indeed been in business in 1893. It's possible that they produced stoneware from 1879-82 and then reorganized soon after as a producer of fine china. Except for the fine china products marked Burroughs-Mountford that sellers claim were made up until c.1900, I can find no record of the business except for those three years.
