Green Glass SERVING STEIN Age? Maker?

Hello, I have a large green glass serving stein. It is hand painted (enameled?) pewter lid, rough pontil mark. I know that glass steins are hard if not impossible to attribute to any maker, but perhaps age or origin? Any other words that would help me identified it would be appreciated. Thank You.
