Just from what I see on here (Library), there are two sizes of the stein (.5L & 1L). The .5L shows a value of $1600-$2000 and the 1L shows $2K-$2600. However, at auction, a "mint" version of the 1L sold for $1700 (but that was in '03). Didn't see anything more recent that wasn't damaged. The II represents this was the smaller size (.5L in your case). I believe the 02 is the year (1902). The 2829 is the form #. the other impressed # may be a factory code. Have no idea on what appear to be the hand-written #s. Now I'll let the real experts on here tell you what I missed or what I got wrong.
