Sorry if this is out of the scope of the forum, but I was directed here when my other options ran out. I believe this is a commemorative stein from Russia, but I can't find the mark anywhere. The mug/stein stands 6 3/4" tall, 3 3/4" across the mouth and 4 3/4" across the base. First pic is the mark, the others are the stein.
