Thank you Ron, The stein is nearly 1,000 miles from me currently, but I will have my family member look for me for any identifying marks other than the winged mark and I will see if he can take a photo of it and any other marks. I was pretty sure I looked all over it and came to the conclusion there was not any other, but maybe a fresh pair of eyes can find what I could not. I have looked all over the net and on eBay and such without finding anything similar to the style of the family's stein. Is this style not common? It is rather getting fun to learn about how many kinds there are. I can see why stein collecting can get addictive. Pjm
