I wrote this ebay seller on the above item and this is what he said: Kriegs Chroniks were fairly common at the end of the war. They were mostly pre-printed designs, with a space for individual soldiers to write or have printed, their service/war details. However, as with all paper items from WW1 they are not as long lasting as medals etc. Good condition, surviving examples are hard to find, & obviously any with the mention of a soldiers awards are more desirable.
