I have a very unusual stein and I have not been able to find out anything about it. It is about 9" high and 21/2" in diameter. It is red overlay on what appears to be vaseline glass. It is etched or carved with a figure of a hunter with crossbow. The lid is what appears to be porcelin with a painted picture of a fox, it also has a silver or pewter ring around the fox picture.
