Bill, Thanks Bill, but mine just arrived today with Time Sensitive Material - Do Not Delay in bold print on the address page. I thought the USPS had taken care of things several months ago when SCI complained about the delivery service. Maybe they need to compain with every mailing. I don't expect to get a reply on my three calls to the USPS, so I guess I'll just let them continue working on the complaint. Yeah, right!! Ron
