I wrote to Stein Center yesterday and requested some information about a tall beer stein or pitcher that my mother got in Germany in 1946-47. I sent some pictures and they wrote back that it's a Faience and to contact Stein Collectors International. It has the date 1709 underneath the lid. I would like to know about getting it appraised and other information.
