Dave Harr does excellent repair work, but unfortunately the value of your stein is about what you paid, and I suspect will not go much higher anytime in the near future, so Dave's prices would not be practical. For display, the wiggle won't matter; I have many with the same problem and just enjoy them with their many various flaws.
