I couldn't reply to your thread, so I had to start a new one. Robert, If you click on Library, you will see an article entitled "The Elusive IP Mark" and find out the real manufacturer of this stein. The Beer Stein Library does not show any 1230 stein for AJ Thewalt, so I can't help you out on your stein. Ron
