Interesting stein, but I would put this in the go-with categorey. It doesn't have a reservist's name, unit and service dates. It appears to be related to a banner dedication, or something like that, which could be for the regiment or the reservist group. Reservist organizations had beautiful banners with two separate heavily embroidered sides with different designs.
