hello everyone, i have an old? stein that was my fathers. i found it in his things after he passed away 5 years ago. would anyone know about this item. the botttom has a blue stamp of 2 gazelles leaping through the air and the name grizelle.it is also stamped germany. i have found reference to grizelle but not for a stein..only vases,plates and the like. it has a decorated top with thumb tab. i nearly threw it out thinking it was a plastic then realised it was some sort of soft metal.the handle is like tree branches and the body depicts a man sitting in a wooden chair with his arm around a woman and a house near by. blue background with brown and green detail. its a stoneware/light brown color. would any of you in the know people know anything about this item or the mark. for pics you can contact me at melissa_jayne@hotmail.com should i have sent it to the bin? any help would be greatly appreciated.
