Since it says mid-20th century and makes no fancy brand claim, what is there to be fake about? Mid-20th century is modern; the fakes are apparently pretending to be Tsarist or 19th century. Seems awful high-priced to me; but, it's not really a beer stein and is more of a silver collector's item so a silver collector's site would be a better place to ask if the price is fair.
