See Andrea's comment on the "Obscene Auction Prices" thread. Stein collectors know about Lohengrin and about Mettlach; but, who knows what difference passing ownership by a gangster would have? It seems less relevant than in the case of his Tommy guns or the noose that hung him, which seem to have inflated prices. Only an auction will tell for sure.
