The front says Wohl bekomm's - "Cheers" or something similar? The amber glass has a ground and polished pontil. The thumb rest has a baby or cherub face. There are no markings on the glass or metal. Anyone know anything about the design? Does it signify anything special? Age? Maker? TIA for any help. Bill
