This 1/4 L V & B 1266 has a terra-cotta colored background, white figure relief and beige border relief. In addition to the green stamp and the 1266 designation there is a distinctive "V", the # 90 (06?, there is a small dot in front of the loop of the "9") and the # 20 (slightly smaller than the 90. Any help with the "V", 90 and 20 and a likely date would be greatly appreciated.
