The poster, no doubt the eBay seller, is referring to the questions received on the eBay listing. To the lister's credit, the questions and responses were fully posted on the listing. The seller did not list the condition of the stein, and as stated in the above response it was due to their lack of knowledge. We would all do well to give the benefit of the doubt before we jump to conclusions that may not be warranted. Remember we are trying to attract members and referrals, not drive them away. Ron
