I wonder if some of these mistakes are caused by the wording of this site's own mark tables. Frequently the wording is "from 1900" when the meaning is from 1900 until present; but, that sounds a lot like the mark is actually from 1900. I've noticed a number of listings on ebay over time that look as if they have misunderstood because they specify the starting date of the mark. Maybe another wording would be better?
