Thank for the website Ron. It is still a bit short on detail regarding how they set up the precise ring shape mold! I wonder if the same system is used for glass steins as glass is much more temperature sensitive than pottery and it would be very easy to shatter the handle! I would love to be there when they prepare the mold before pouring the pewter - they should be persuaded to make a video of it for us stein enthusiasts!
