I too have noticed that they have subtle differences on their grotto steins. One may have a stag and bird on the side and another may have only a deer. Some are white background and some are cobalt. Some the trees go to the top of the band and some are lower. Mine has a pewter stag which frankly I haven't seen before. Is your owl and eagle of a resin type?
