Dara and John, The slide show can be stopped on a particular photo by clicking on the center button. You can also click on the photo to see an enlarged photo. To clear up any possible confusion, the six-pointed star is not intended to be the Star of David or Jewish star. The hexagram was used as the brewers' symbol and that is its meaning on this stein. I didn't see the word "katzenjammer," but it is a nice side note to the April 2004 Stein of the Month (go to the Stein of the Month page and click on Archives and scroll down to the 2004 Stein of the Months). That is a character stein of Moritz of Max and Moritz fame, which was the basis of the American comic strip "The Katzenjammer Kids." Now we know the rest of the story like Paul Harvey says. Ron
