Wait, I have to get my two pfennigs in! If Dara gets out her magnifying glass and confirms my eyes, above the cat on the right one can make out that the vine is a hops vine (hops being a main ingredient in beer). Grape and Hop leaves look pretty much alike but the individual hops are different than grapes or bunches of grapes. From their size in relation to the cats I think those are bottles of beer rather than wine. And, the center cat seems to be framed by a table. On that table appears to be a plate with a sour herring (a traditional hangover cure).
