The Schnitzelbank song is an amazing song with an amazing history. I've been studying it for years and my "go with" collection is actually bigger and more museum-ish than my Schnitzelbank stein collection. Even though the song was a big hit during the classic stein period and the classic stein makers made steins for the American market; so far I have been unable to discover that anyone thought of making a stein of it until the 1950's. In 1933 the Federal Glass Company put a slightly different version on glass tumblers. Currently Thewalt and also King make versions. But although you call it contemporary, the 50's was 50 years ago and this third company, probably from Hoer Grenzhausen, is a mystery. I have only seen one other stein with the same style of big letter imprinting covering the bottom. It's another American Bravo effort for Santa's Village.
