Chris, From its style and appearance, I would agree with Ron that it’s a pre-WWII stein. The stein should have appeal to brewery stein collectors or HB stein collectors regardless of the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s mark might help you date the stein though. Could the orange covering the mark possibly be gum residue from a sticker? If so, you might be able to remove it with some orange cleaner. -- John
