I don't think Frank meant any slight to the Reference. And I see no reason why Frank shouldn't freely pursue his obvious interest and passion in an independent manner, with full responsibility for the content of the site...it is always more interesting for a person to run their own project. And lighten up, the $25 is well worth it!
