I'm not quite sure what you are asking as you seem to have found the relevant marks. This one, as marked, is a modern Gerz from West Germany (1950's to 1970's). Tyrolian Life is written above a traditional version of some 19th century genre painting of a Tyrolian scene. Below translates more or less as "Fresh beer and a young maid makes for a jolly time."
