Is anyone familiar with the term Oberheizer. I recently bought an Imperial navy stein dated 1912-1915, S. M. torpbt. 11.4. The term precedes a name, so I believe it's a classification, one I'm not familiar with. The literal translation I get is upper or over "heater"
