Hey Beth, this is what some people commonly call Art Nouveau or Jugendstil, both of which, to me would be a stretch as this stein was made after those periods. Art nouveau pretty much ceased the day WW1 was finished. I would put the age of your stein @ around the early 1930's and would totally agree to a $25-50 value.
