The
original SteinTalk was created
as a 'Discussion Group" using Microsoft FrontPage software. Microsoft
withdrew support for that software prior to 2014 when this site was
"converted" to run under WordPress, and the converted site now employs
a completely different technical solution. While the considerable
majority of posts into the original SteinTalk
were of transitory value, there were some that contained information of
value. This index is a less-than-perfect attempt to preserve access to
those posts.
These archives are admittedly incomplete, some of the posts have been
hacked since they were first submitted, and the archive is presented on
an "as is, where is" basis. Unfortunately, the only search capability
is to use your browser to locate a keyword in the title of a post.
