It's a fake, no true reservist stein has Made in Germany on it. Imperial Navy list shows no ship named Graf Spee in 1904. Adm. Spee was killed in action in 1914. Cruiser was being built with his name when war ended and it was not completed. WWII battleship Graf Spee was built in 1934.
