The incised form number certainly looks like a Mettlach mark, and I am comfortable that it is genuine. This body was probably produced and shipped to a finisher to finish as he wanted to. The inlay is not Mettlach, and the body is totally undecorated. Ask yourself how much the lid is worth, and then how much the body is worth, and that should be pretty close to total value.
