While every such limitation is arbitrary, my point was that Microsoft will allow you to enter only 90%(?) of any limit, but report that you exceeded 100%! Over the course of the past month we have been bombarded with several hundred posts having to do with porn or selling viagra and the like, despite the restriction. Without the restriction it would certainly have been higher.
