| This is a 1/2 L. stein made by Dümler & Breiden in the early 1900's. The style is "Judendstil" (youth style = modern art) and the body is made to look like that of the early Greek and Roman pottery with a clay coating that resembles glaze. The stein is marked with an impressed "TS" indicating Terra Sigillata (Latin for "sealed earth") and mold #1181. | |
