~ Gr Gott, tritt ein ~
Gr Gott! is literally "Greet God!" and is used to say "Hi" or "Greetings" in Bavaria and Southern Germany. This is an etched stein by JWR (JW Remy) marked "1343 Germany" ca. 1900.
Gr Gott, tritt ein,
bring Glck herein.
Greetings, come in,
(and) bring luck in (with you).
