| This verse is poetic and is the title of a poem (ca. mid 19th C.) by a Swiss, Gottfried Keller (1819-1890), that has been put to music as an old German folk song. The scene on the relief, porcelain stein would go along with that philosophy. The stein is marked with the Nymphenburg logo, ca. second half of 19th C. | |
