| This stein is an advertising piece for the company Windenfabrik Gottfried Schober which made mechanical lifting devices as noted on the side scenes. The company was founded in Augsburg in 1867 and is still selling lifting devices under the name Pfaff-silberblau. The stein is from the mid 1900s, with the decoration signed "E.Pf.". | |
