It looks like the patrons may have become a little restless and not acting their age while waiting for a new barrel of beer to be tapped. Hence the scolding remark by the barmaid. Pros't = Prosit and is Latin for "Pro sit" meaning "for your health". The transfer and hand painted glass stein is ca. 1900.
