~ Schuhplattler ~
The Schuhplattler is a Bavarian country dance where the men slap there shoes and Lederhosen (leather pants) to the music and the ladies twirl around. The Jugendstil (youth style = modern art), salt-glazed, stoneware stein is impressed with the Marzi & Remy logo and "11" and marked in black ink "15051 2", ca. early 1900's.
