This reminds me of my childhood because one of my German grandmother's
favorite sayings was "Let's have another Schluck (sip, gulp, mouthful)"
of you know what. Whoever didn't go along with that would obviously wind
up as a poor wretch. The stein with the twisted vine handle is marked only 768
on the bottom. The relief stein below is s marked with the Reinhold Merkelbach
logo and "190 T" ca. 1900.
