| This is a very nice "gymnast's" stein named to Franz Kobler and made ca. late 1800's probably by Marzi and Remy. It has elements of the 19th C. German worker's movement. The precise translation of "Frei Heil" is difficult in English, but "Hail Freedom" catches the meaning as well as anything. | |
